Benjamin Pugh joined Enterprise Counsel Group in 1999 and became its youngest partner in 2004. He is widely regarded as one of Orange County’s top litigators and appellate advocates, amassing a success rate at trial of over 95%, over a two-thirds success rate before the California Court of Appeal, including a 50% success rate representing the appellant (the overall success rate for appeals is approximately 10%), and six published appellate decisions. Mr. Pugh has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal courts in California, Nevada, Colorado, Delaware, New York, and other jurisdictions.
Mr. Pugh’s clients include judges, other law firms, public companies, hospitals, universities, local cities, private companies, start-up companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and public interest groups.
Mr. Pugh has been a Guest Lecturer at Pepperdine Law School and California State University Long Beach College of Business Administration.
