Andriy Pazuniak is an experienced litigator who has represented clients of all sizes in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Andriy has successfully obtained favorable outcomes for clients in a variety of complex civil and business litigation matters including contract, environmental, products liability, consumer rights and tort actions. Among other matters, Andriy prevailed on all claims in a large breach of contract action against a global Fortune 15 oil company that was tried in arbitration. He also successfully defended a resort owned by a major hotel chain, in complex litigation involving tens of millions of dollars in damages caused by massive flood events. Andriy also prevailed on a dismissal of a product liability action against an industrial equipment manufacturer, won an appeal of a corporate dissolution action after persuading an appellate court to reverse its precedent, and won on summary judgment a breach of contract action against a major oil company in federal court.
Andriy graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, received the Raymond Del Tufo, Jr., Constitutional Law Award, and was a Chancellor Scholar. Andriy was also an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. His law review comment has been cited by three federal circuit courts of appeals, a state supreme court and a book. As a member of the Impact Litigation Clinic, Andriy argued and won an appeal before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
